• Lead time to process order is 3-5 working days
• Purchases are shipped from our head office in Sandton, Johannesburg. Deliveries to Johannesburg take 2 working day. Delivery to major cities other than will take 2-3 working days.
• Return shipments can be arranged should you not wish to retain your purchase. Please email us at veneerclassics@gmail.com. The cost to return the item will be deducted from your refunded amount

Damaged Goods

• Please contact us should your purchase arrive damaged.
• Damages must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving your purchase
